To attach the Canopy you firstly locate the hole in the top of the Canopy. Then simply remove the locking cap from the top of the pole, pull the Canopy over the Frame, position the hole in the top of the Canopy over the top of the Frame. Make sure the Canopy is clear of the pole top and then tighten the locking cap back over the top of the pole. Then push each of the arms of the frame into the pockets at the edge of the Canopy. If the Canopy is not straight you can remove the locking cap, adjust the position of the Canopy and then replace the locking cap.
The 10kg Heavy Duty Base and 20L Waterbag provide excellent stability for the Standard Printed Market Umbrella and the 16kg Heavy Duty Base does the same for the Premium Market Umbrella, however we don’t recommend using the Umbrellas in windy conditions even if the bases are used.
The Waterbag holds 20L of water which equates to 20kgs of weight. If paired with the Heavy Duty Base we offer, this means the total base weight will be 30kgs!
The Canopy is made from a high quality 600D Oxford Polyester Material and includes high resolution full colour printing. The material can be printed with any colour and logo/design you choose.
The Umbrella is a 600D Oxford Polyester Material which is designed to repel water. This material will prevent rain from coming through under normal conditions. However, if water is allowed to “pool” on top of the canopy, the water will eventually seep through the material. It is important for customers to avoid water “pooling” on top of the umbrella for this reason.
Yes - the 600D Oxford Polyester Material is certified for Fire Resistance to AS1530.2 standards.

No, you cannot, because the new Premium Printed Market umbrella frame has a different pole diameter that would not work with the Standard Umbrella Base and Canopy.
The Premium Market Umbrellas feature a higher-grade, sturdier 38mm stainless steel frame, compared to the Standard 45mm hexagonal aluminium post. While the stainless steel pole has a sleeker profile, it offers superior durability and wind resistance. The Premium Printed Market Umbrellas are also available with square or hexagonal canopies whereas the Standard Market Umbrella only has a square option with a valance.
No - the Printed Market Umbrella does not have a carry bag available. The frame is supplied wrapped in bubblewrap and inside a cardboard box for protection.
Yes, our price includes the set up cost for 1 design only. If you have multiple designs for the same size you will still get the lower bulk price, however there is a small multiple artwork charge applied for each additional design to cover our extra set up costs. Simply enter the total number of signs required and then the total number of designs into the pricing calculator above - and it will work out an accurate price for you.
